I seek to compose sacred music for the liturgy which is simple, singable, and beautiful; music which reflects the simplicity of Gregorian chant, the beauty of polyphony, and text which reflects the richest parts of our Catholic tradition in a style worthy of the solemnity and dignity of the Mass.
Written in the style of a Byzantine hymn and Byzantine Chant, this beautiful litany was commissioned by the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Sacramento for their yearly Chrism Mass. It is scored for SATB choir, cantors and congregation, organ, and brass quartet.

The “Leader’s Resource Guide” intended for the leader of the group. It provides background notes to Isaiah and especially to Handel’s oratorio, which is a relatively unknown form of music today. The second part is a “Participant Workbook” for participants who wish to write down ideas God’s Spirit brings to mind.
